Our solutions

From water in to water returned.

Our solutions span the water lifecycle — from purification and process-water requirements to wastewater treatment, recycling, recovery and long-term plant support.

Unisavour Industries Limited provides water and wastewater engineering solutions including ETP, STP, wastewater recycling, ZLD and lifecycle engineering support.

  • Application first

    Engineered around the requirement

Treatment selection begins with the water, wastewater, site conditions and required outcome — not with a predetermined technology.

  • Engineering

    From design to commissioning

Process design, engineering, procurement coordination, installation and commissioning are treated as connected parts of the same system.

  • Recovery & reuse

    Return water to use

Treatment and polishing pathways can be developed for suitable wastewater recycling, recovery and reduced-discharge requirements.

  • Lifecycle support

    Beyond commissioning

Operations, maintenance, plant audits, retrofitting, automation, spares and operator support can help treatment assets continue to perform over time.

01 · Water Treatment

Water Treatment

Water engineered for process, utility and everyday use.

Water requirements vary significantly across industrial, commercial and institutional applications. We develop treatment systems around incoming-water quality and the quality required at the point of use.

  • Pre-treatment
  • Purification
  • Process water treatment
  • High-purity water requirements
  • Water distribution
  • Water-quality monitoring

02 · Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater Treatment

Treat the wastewater you have — not the wastewater a textbook assumes.

Organic load, suspended solids, oils, chemicals, flow variation and the required treated-water quality all influence the treatment process. We understand those conditions first, then select a pathway suited to the application.

  • Commercial wastewater
  • Domestic sewage
  • Biological, physico-chemical & membrane processes

03 · Effluent Treatment Plants

Effluent Treatment Plants

Effluent treatment plants built around the effluent.

Industrial effluent can vary widely in organic load, suspended solids, oils, pH, dissolved contaminants and process chemicals.

Our ETP approach combines appropriate physico-chemical, biological, separation and recovery stages to achieve the required treatment objective.

  • Physico-chemical treatment
  • Biological treatment
  • Membrane separation
  • Treated-water recycling
  • Zero liquid discharge

04 · Sewage Treatment Plants

Sewage Treatment Plants

Sewage treatment designed for reliable everyday operation.

STP systems are developed for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial environments, using processes selected according to site conditions, capacity and the required quality of treated water.

Treated water can be considered for appropriate non-potable reuse applications such as flushing, landscaping or utility use, subject to applicable requirements.

05 · Wastewater Recycling

What quality does the water need to reach before it can become useful again?

Recycling systems add the treatment stages required to bring treated wastewater to a quality suitable for its intended reuse.

Depending on the intended application, treated water can be returned to utilities, cooling, landscaping, flushing or selected industrial processes.

06 · Zero Liquid Discharge

When discharge must move toward zero.

ZLD is not a single treatment unit. It is an integrated recovery strategy that can combine pre-treatment, membrane concentration, evaporation, crystallisation and residual-solids management.

The approach considers the complete water balance, with the objective of recovering water while managing remaining concentrated waste appropriately.

07 · Environmental Solutions

Environmental Solutions

Understand more. Use water better.

Good environmental management begins with understanding where water is used, how it moves through an operation and what happens after use.

The objective is not simply to add another treatment unit, but to identify the right engineering response to the actual requirement.

Engineering & Execution

From Requirement To Working System.

Treatment performance depends on more than process selection. Engineering, equipment, installation, commissioning and operation have to work together as one system.

Good treatment technology is only part of a successful project. The system also has to be engineered, integrated, installed, commissioned and operated correctly.

Establish the engineering basis.

Water quality, flow, site constraints and the required outcome define what the system needs to do.
